The Pasadena Tournament of Roses in partnership with Rose City High School (RCHS) hosted  California State University, Northridge (CSUN) Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) and California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) for two engagement days at Rose City High School. College Signing Day (2)-GR.jpg

Reach Higher is an organization started by former First Lady Michelle Obama during her time at the White House. Its sole mission is to promote higher education, whether through professional training programs, community college or a four-year college or university. This year, the University of California was selected by Reach Higher to co-host its 2019 College Signing Day event on May 1st at UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion. We partnered with the College Football Playoff Foundation to host a group of Pasadena high school students in attending this high-profile event. Students returned feeling inspired and empowered to start planning for their future.
